Mary Kay Inc. is a privately held cosmetics firm based in the United States. More than 57 years ago, Mary Kay Ash created her beauty company with three goals in mind:

To provide rewarding opportunities for women, to deliver irresistible products, and to make the world a better place. That dream has developed into a multibillion-dollar enterprise with millions of self-employed salespeople in nearly 40 countries.

MARY KAY Recently wanted us to create a 360-degree omni-channel brand narrative for her. The aim of this global initiative is to introduce 20-25 year old women to the Mary Kay brand by highlighting and celebrating Mary Kay's core values, distinctive culture of empowering women, and history of celebrating women business owners.

After analyzing The brand and looking at the campaigns Mary kay has launched, be it "I can, Beauty that counts, or discover what you love"it's quite clear that they encourage you to be the best version of yourself and That's why I had come up with an idea of a campaign that is called 'One true you', a campaign that inspires you to love and accept yourself the way you are without any boundaries.

The whole idea behind this campaign is to make women embrace their own beauty. To make women believe in themselves, feel confident in their own skin, and break the stereotypes that define the normal standard of beauty.

The Idea that I have created for the campaign "one true you" help women around the globe feel a sense of individuality and confidence in their own skin. Mary Kay believes makeup isn’t a compulsion. It is all about having fun and expressing yourself through it. Times have changed and women are living life on their own terms, so why not have make-up on your terms? Celebrating each and every woman on this planet is what makes Mary Kay different.

Women with tattoos celebrating the beauty of it, rather than being called rebellious. Women with different skin tones. Nobody is too dark or too white. You are beautiful in your own unique way, and we will celebrate just that. For the longest time women, have been made to believe about the imperfections in them. Acne, pale skin, dark spots, white spots, blackheads, whiteheads, stretch marks are all signs of YOUR UNIQUENESS. So these conditions are just your state of mind actually things that make you different and Mary Kay wants each and every woman to celebrate the idea of being one true you.

How would we Promote this campaign is by Collaborating with social media and youtube influencers with Skin issues like acne, uneven skin tone, dark circles, etc and show how they're using Mary kay's products be it skincare or makeup to not hide it but to pamper themselves and feel confident accepting it without feeling insecure and telling viewers about Selflove and self-acceptance. Mary kay can find a way to take someone’s so-called flaw and turn it into something beautiful, something to be celebrated. For the Product, I've made a promotion campaign for a foundation, that can be launched in the stores and can be sent on customer mail IDs and can be informed of the campaign "One true you".

We would launch the campaign with the Instagram campaign that I have projected.
